Email Conversations - new!

As email reply volumes from students have grown, we've added an easier way to keep track of them across your entire team - Email Conversations.

Email Conversations allows you to:

  • View all received emails in one place

  • Filter against key data points to find the right emails

  • Directly open email conversation threads - and reply!

  • Access student records for more information when needed

This new page can be found under Outreach, and will list all emails received from your students - and whether a reply has been sent!

Apply quick filters to trim the list down to the emails you need to attend to, whether those from a specific student, or any un-replied emails received for an out-of-office teammate:
