Initiate VoIP Calls with Hyperlinked Phone Numbers
Users will now be able to click on Phone Number fields to initiate calls to students from within EMP, whether on a mobile phone or via VoIP solution. Clicking the Hyperlink will open a prompt from your phone or web browser, asking you to select the application on your device to place the call (Phone App, RingCentral, BlackBaud, Skype, Facetime, etc.).
