The 'In use by' count on the Group listing page will no longer include any ad hoc downloads of a Group generated by clicking 'Export Current List' button on the Group View page.

Hide disabled features for old Email Templates. Affects emails, auto responders, and record emails using Email Templates saved before the Custom Template Content feature was added (Jan 24, 2019). This will hide placeholder images, "Edit Image" links, image link popups, and "Use template" checkboxes.

Fixed issue where sent record emails could display with no contents in EMP if a default blank template had been used when creating the record email.
