Deleted & archived records may be ignored during deduplication process
On the duplicates page, an 'Ignore Deleted Records' button will remove all record pairs that consist of either both deleted or archived students from the duplication list.
Students may be unregistered from events in EMP instead of being deleted
Student event registrations may now be unregistered in EMP instead of being deleted, thus saving all interactions.
